On Monday, September 11, 2017, Lincoln College held a memorial for students on the quad for 9/11. The morning started off with a few words about the attack from Student Government Association President Makayla Suelter and Vice President Aschli Minervini.Professor Ron Keller then spoke about the day and how it was significant for us all. There was then a moment of silence for all of the victims fallen by the attack that took place 16 years ago. After all was said and done, the Lincoln College Chorale gave a wonderful rendition of The Rising. To end the service President David Gerlach gave a few closing words, and as all of the students and faculty left the quad there was a time of reflection for all.
